Engage for Maximum Impact

Randye Kaye channels her years of experience as a theatre/improv actor to inspire and create true human engagement in the workplace, at conferences, and beyond.

She’s the author of two books; Happier Made Simple™ and Ben Behind His Voices.

As an actress you’ve seen her in numerous theatrical, film and television performances- and have heard her voice in hundreds of audiobooks, ads, and narrations, as female voice talent for business and beyond.

Randye is a keynote speaker and trainer on the topics of mental wellness, emotional intelligence, communication, and happiness.

WHY? A note from Randye:

I’ve had a passion for collaboration for as long as I can remember. I worked my way through college as a folk singer (just me and my guitar), but had way more fun doing theatre and improvisation. I’ve loved doing voice-overs for decades, but I miss the days of being in the studio with other actors. Radio/podcast broadcasting? Better as part of a team.

But nothing has made me appreciate the power of shared human experience more than the tragedy of an incurable brain illness in my son. This disorder changed him, and our family, forever.

The only thing that has helped me cope, and even find joy, is the gift of community. People to help me, people I could be of service to, opportunities to connect and create - together.

Imagine a world where we reconnect as fellow humans - listening to, learning from, appreciating each other. Where our unique contributions create a shared experience that lifts everyone up. Where we unsnap our judgments to make room for curiosity and connection.

That is what I love to do - create the space and structure to ReHumanize through shared experience - in keynotes, workshops, writings, and performances.

A big key is in the words we use to communicate, inside our own minds and in reaching out to others. Words have power.

Connect, Create, Communicate - the magic of true human connection. AI will never be able to stand on a stage and reach people’s hearts, or put on a play, or gather for a family dinner or happy hour.

I work to shatter the “illusion of connection” we have with AI and social media, reignite awareness of how we affect each other as human beings - preferably, in person - and how the words we use are the starting gate to everything we do.
