I love working with aspiring youth - and that’s part of the mission of New Paradigm Theatre in Connecticut. In the summer production of Bye Bye Birdie, I got to be the professional Guest Artist working with teens and other adults as Mae Peterson.

I also loved being interviewed by then-14-year-old Keeme, a wonderful young man. I wore my trademark overalls (as opposed to the fur coat Mae wears) for this interview. Good thing, since we were painting rocks as we spoke!

Check it out here in this Broadway World Exclusive.
